AND REPLACEMENT OF MISSED CLASSES

Please take note of the Terms and Conditions of Booking and for any successful booking of Classes, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions below. Please do not book for Classes if you are uncomfortable with any of the Terms below.

For ALL Classes:​

• All Classes booked are NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT CONVERTIBLE TO CLASS CREDITS. Please double check your Personal Schedule and ensure you are able to attend the dates of the classes before signing up. Please also ensure that you are in suitable health condition before signing up for classes. For any enquiries, please drop us an email at enquiry@pxdpolestudio.com.sg.
   

• Our Studio can only admit Fully Vaccinated persons by law as of now. Hence, please ensure that you are Fully Vaccinated before signing up or attending any of our Classes or Pole Practice sessions. This is until further advice from the Authorities of Singapore.

Level Classes:

• Replacements for missed classes can only be done through MUTUAL SWAP via an INTERNAL EXCEL SHEET provided to the Level Classes group chats at the start of the Term. If you have signed up for a Level class but are not in a Class group chat, please drop us an email or inform your Instructor. The Class group chats are only formed at the start of the Term.
   

• Please note that you can only swap for a level class that is equal or lower than your level. Please do not attend a class if you have not done a swap in the excel sheet. We are unable to admit more than the maximum capacity of students allowed during this period.
   

• Classes are strictly replaceable only within the same Term. No carrying over to the next Term is allowed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS STRICTLY NO TRANSFER OF CLASSES TO OTHERS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE TERM IF YOU ARE BOOKING YOUR LEVEL CLASSES THROUGH PRIORITY BOOKING.

YOU MAY STILL BOOK FOR YOUR LEVEL CLASSES VIA THE NON-PRIORITY BOOKING DATES. THE TERMS BELOW WILL APPLY TO YOU IF YOU BOOK VIA THE NON-PRIORITY BOOKING.

Transfer of Level Class Packages before the Start of the Term:

• If for any reasons you are unable to attend the 8 Weeks Level Class that you have signed up for, you can transfer the FULL 8 Weeks Classes to another person. You have to ensure that the person you are transferring to is suitable for that level of class and are fully vaccinated. For any doubts, please drop us an email.

• For any level classes booked through priority bookings, you have to inform us via email before transferring the class to another person.

Transfer of Level Classes after the Start of the Term but before Week 4:

• We will only allow transfer of Classes to other persons for Medical Reasons. Medical reasons would have to be substantiated with Medical Certifictates (excluding TCM). Please drop us an email before transferring the class to another person. Please ensure that the person you are transferring to is suitable for the level of class and is fully vaccinated.

• Please note that clashes of personal or work schedule would not be considered. Please consider replacing your missed classes instead.

Transfer of Level Classes after Week 4 of the Term:

• Please note that we do not allow the transfer of classes to other persons after Week 4. Our Level classes are progressive in nature and it would be difficult for the person, students of the class and instructor if classes are transferred midway. Please understand this and do not book for any classes if you are uncomfortable with this Term. We may consider under special conditions if the person is an ex-student of the same level.

• If you encounter with any Medical reasons after Week 4 of the Term, please drop us an email for discussion. Please understand that we do not guarantee any solutions and you should consider not booking for any classes if you are uncomfortable with this Term.

All Other Classes

• There are no replacements allowed. But you are allowed to sell your slots to others. Please join our Telegram Groupchat to sell your slots.

• Please note that any Dance classes with Choreographies taught over a period of weeks has to be transferred to as a FULL PACKAGE. Please check the Terms and Conditions of classes of each class before booking.
