IT'S TIME TO PRACTICE

PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO PERFECTION

In Pole Dancing, practice is a key element for improvement and to achieve consistency. Practice also allows Polers to gain strength and flexibility and achieve overall fitness. It can be seen as the "home work" in addition to the classes.

Below are some information about our Pole Practice system for your better understanding:

  • Each Pole Practice session may be 60 or 90 minutes, please check the Schedule for more information.

  • All Bookings will be directly to an external platform for booking. Please read all Terms & Conditions properly before booking.
