What’s the alternative to Pole Deadlift? Muscle Ups! Pole Muscle ups uses your Lats, Obliques and pushing strength to invert… not forgetting compression strength.
There are many shapes and variations achievable from a basic Pole Muscle Up. See video for some variations.
