In Hera, Level 11, students are expected to be able to execute both a stable Twisted Grip Handspring & True Grip Handspring. Pole Press-Up, Aerial Shouldermount and Flag Press should be comfortable as welll.

Here, students will learn tricks Cup Grip Handspring, Reverse Rainbow & Iguana Drop
