POLE X ANGEL (LEVEL 1)
Every Friday, Starting 18 September
750pm to 850pm
at MINOTAUR ROOM
 
Welcome to the world of Pole Dancing & Fitness! In Angel, Level 1, students will be taught simple spins, pole climb & sit, to ease into the sport. We recommend wearing/bringing along the following for your first class:
- Tank Top
- Form fitting short shorts
- Water Bottle
- 2x Towel (1 for sweat, 1 for wiping of pole)
