Deadly Flow can be addictive 🤭 It is Flow based combos that can be danced to any songs. We do not choreo them to a particular music. It’s objective is to train strength and stamina and introduce transitions. This time round, let’s add a texture to it in the form of gooey Honey 🍯 goodness! Learn some thick and viscous movement as you execute continuous flow combos! If you don’t know what is Honey textured movement, come join us and let us introduce it to you! Don’t worry we will be sweet 😏🤔
