Both Handstand back walkover and flick flacks are like doing Back Flips with the pole - one on the ground and other while standing or aerial. If you have always wanted to learn both, come join Louis in Feb as he guides you step by step into both tricks, which are similar in technique. You’ll also learn some related conditioning exercises that are useful for the tricks.
