Many Pole tricks and dance revolve around leg split. Having trouble with your splits? Identify your problem areas and tackle them. Start off by conditioning and stretching individual targeted muscle groups related to splits. Finish the month of training by training your overall splits after learning how to target problem areas in earlier weeks.
**This purchase option is for the Online Class. Do note sign ups will be half price from the physical class but will receive less personal instructions.

- All Pole Practice & Classes booked are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person, informing us prior to the date of practice/class. Classes purchased in groups or packages, must be trasnferred in full.
