Many Pole tricks and dance revolve around leg split. Having trouble with your splits? Identify your problem areas and tackle them. Start off by conditioning and stretching individual targeted muscle groups related to splits. Finish the month of training by training your overall splits after learning how to target problem areas in earlier weeks.
**This purchase option is for the Physical Class.
UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TERM 3 2021
- All Pole Practice & Classes booked are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person, informing us prior to the date of practice/class. Classes purchased in groups or packages, must be trasnferred in full.
- Missed "Train Your Front Splits" classes are not replaceable but you may transfer the class to another person before the date of class.
