You may already know the technique of inverting but still struggle to execute a clean invert. In order to execute a clean invert, several muscle groups has to be used at the same time and insufficient strength may create the issues you face. Come join us as we train and condition the necessary muscle groups required in Inversions. An overall increase in strength can also be expected.
CONDITIONING FOR INVERTS (4W)
1. Once sessions are booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable and non transferable.
2. No refunds and rescheduling may be allowed for any cancellations made less than 48 hours or for no shows without notifications.
