Let's work on back bends by training for the Wheel pose at the comfort of your home! The wheel pose trains flexibility of your back, hips and shoulders and also builds strength in your arms and glutes.
Please note that classes booked are non-refundable and non-replaceable. You may transfer the class to another student, informing us beforehand.
