Highly used in Exotic but generally a great all around floorwork move to know. If you find yourself rolling off to the side each time your execute it, or struggle to lift both legs off, this is the class for you! Alongside conditioning to control it, you will also be learning how to execute some transitions with it like a shoulderstand split/pike.

 

Please note that classes booked are non-refundable. You may transfer the class to another student, informing us beforehand or replace with another online class.
