Many Pole tricks and dance revolve around leg splits - whether it is middle or front splits. Having trouble with your splits? Identify your problem areas and tackle them. Sign up for all 4 workshops. Start off by conditioning and stretching individual targeted muscle groups related to splits. Finish the month of training by training your overall splits after learning how to target problem areas in earlier weeks.

1. Once sessions are booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable and non transferable.
2. No refunds and rescheduling may be allowed for any cancellations made less than 48 hours or for no shows without notifications.

2. Replacement of these classes when purchased under promo can only be done with similar promotion workshops.
