Ease into the world of backbending with Dionne! In pole dancing, there are plenty of moves that requires both a well engaged and flexiblle back in order to enter and hold the pose beautifully. Learn the proper stretching tips and techniques to execute controlled back bends without the risk of injury. It's time to get bendy!

1. Once sessions are booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable and non transferable.
2. No refunds and rescheduling may be allowed for any cancellations made less than 48 hours or for no shows without notifications.

2. Replacement of these classes when purchased under promo can only be done with similar promotion workshops.
